LGBTQIA2S+ Programming


We are thrilled to introduce programing for members of the LGBTQIA2S+ community over the age of 50! 

Rainbow Roast
Monthly social get-together for LGBTQIA2S+ folks over the age of 50. FREE - includes drink and goodie of your choice.
Every 2nd Monday of each month at 10:00 AM   COST: FREE 

Somatic Yoga

Join us for a soothing and rejuvenating somatic chair yoga class, where you can experience gentle seated movements and stretches that cultivate body awareness, relaxation, and flexibility—all from the comfort of your chair. This welcoming session is open to everyone, including those with limited mobility.

Zumba

Ready to spice up your fitness routine and dance your way to a healthier you? We've got just the thing for you - ZUMBA! Join us at the Centre and experience the ultimate fusion of dance, fitness, and fun like never before.
